Not a cannabis retailer

Z8Z Enterprise LLC, Z8Z Innovation, and our products do not grow, process, manufacture, test, distribute, sell, or deliver cannabis or cannabis products. We do not hold a cannabis license, and we do not handle or touch cannabis.

No sale or marketing of cannabis on this site

This website does not offer, advertise, or promote cannabis or cannabis products to consumers. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any cannabis product. Any product names, images, or menus that appear in examples or screenshots are for demonstration of our software only.

For adults 21 and older

Our products serve licensed businesses in an industry limited to adults. This website is intended for business owners, managers, and other adults 21 years of age or older. It is not intended for anyone under 21.

Compliance is the licensee's responsibility

Each licensed business that uses our software is solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and license conditions that apply to it. That includes the rules on advertising, marketing, menus, signage, labeling, packaging, record keeping, and age verification. Businesses are also responsible for reviewing all content they publish or display using our software.

Software does not make anyone compliant

Our software is a tool. Using it does not by itself make any business compliant with any law or regulation, and it is not a substitute for the business's own compliance program, policies, staff training, or professional advice.

Nothing on this website, and nothing in our software or its documentation, is legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Cannabis laws and rules change often. Licensed businesses should consult a qualified attorney or compliance professional about their own obligations.

We make no health, medical, or therapeutic claims about cannabis or any cannabis product. Nothing on this site is meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Maine law and the Office of Cannabis Policy

In Maine, adult use and medical cannabis are regulated by the State of Maine, including through rules administered by the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP). Licensees should check the current laws and OCP rules, guidance, and bulletins that apply to their license type. We do not speak for OCP, and nothing on this site describes those requirements in full.

Federal law

Cannabis remains subject to federal law, which differs from Maine law. Licensed businesses should get their own advice on how federal law affects them.
