These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at z8zenterprisellc.online (the "Site"), operated by Z8Z Enterprise LLC ("Z8Z," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Z8Z Enterprise LLC, its development company Z8Z Innovation, and its products. The Site is informational only. It does not sell any product, process payments, or provide user accounts. Any purchase, subscription, or license of a Z8Z product is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. Because our products serve the licensed cannabis industry, you should be at least 21 years old to use the Site. See our Cannabis Disclaimers for more information.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and software, are owned by Z8Z Enterprise LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Z8Z," "Z8Z Enterprise," "Z8Z Innovation," and "Pot Luck Inventory" are names and marks of Z8Z Enterprise LLC. Other names and marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

You may view and print pages of the Site for your own informational, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or any related system or network;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or by placing an unreasonable load on it;

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current. Product descriptions and availability (including any product described as "coming soon") may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Z8Z ENTERPRISE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Z8Z Enterprise LLC and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in or serving Oxford County, Maine, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cannabis Disclaimers, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. Any separate written agreement for a Z8Z product controls over these Terms for that product.
