How Z8Z Enterprise LLC handles information in connection with this website.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Z8Z Enterprise LLC ("Z8Z," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at z8zenterprisellc.online (the "Site"). It covers this Site only. Our products, including Pot Luck Inventory, have their own agreements and privacy terms.
The Site is a simple, static informational website. It has no user accounts, no online store, and no payment processing.
1. Information We Collect
Information you choose to send us. If you contact us through the email link on the Site, or by email or phone, we receive what you send, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
The contact link on the Site is an email (mailto) link. It opens your own email program with a pre-filled message. The Site does not use a form service, and it does not collect, store, or process anything you type; your message reaches us only if you send it from your email program.
Information collected automatically by our web host. Like most websites, the Site is hosted on servers run by our hosting provider. When you visit, the host's servers may automatically record standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. These server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider's standard practice.
Analytics. We do not use analytics or tracking tools on the Site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise location through the Site. Please do not send that kind of information to us.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not change how the Site works in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- communicate with you about our products and services when you have asked us to;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
- comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We share information only:
- with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (for example, our web host and email provider), who may use it only to provide their services to us;
- if required by law, regulation, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority;
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of Z8Z, our customers, or others; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information would remain subject to protections consistent with this Policy.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact messages and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you, carry on any business relationship that follows, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. If an inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we keep it for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you and then delete it. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for the period described in Section 1.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- ask what personal information we have about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it; or
- ask us to stop sending you emails (you can also use any unsubscribe option in our emails).
We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
State privacy laws, in plain terms. Several U.S. states (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia) have consumer privacy laws that give residents extra rights, such as the right to access, delete, or correct personal information and to opt out of its sale. Most of those laws apply only to businesses above certain size or data-volume thresholds, which we may not meet. Even so, we will honor reasonable requests of the kinds listed above from any visitor, wherever they live.
Maine. Maine has a data-breach notification law that requires businesses to notify affected Maine residents if certain personal information is compromised. We will follow it, and any other notification laws that apply, if a qualifying breach occurs.
California. California law asks websites to explain how they respond to Do Not Track signals; see Section 2.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and, because our products serve the licensed cannabis industry, it is intended for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive, such as serving the Site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and limiting access to our email accounts. No website, hosting service, or email transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information to us through the Site or by email.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to other websites, including our product sites. Each of those sites has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review. Except for sites we operate, we are not responsible for how other sites handle your information.
10. Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. visitors. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make a significant change, such as adding analytics or a new way of collecting information, we will update this page before or when that change takes effect.
